But when Courteney Cox stepped out to the Amazon premiere for drama series Hand Of God at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles on Wednesday, the Friends vet looked almost unrecognizable.
The 51-year-old actress - who has admitted to using Botox in the past - had puffier cheeks and her eyes looked smaller than usual, making it appear as if she had some work done to her face.But the raven-haired Cougar Town star has said she is not getting any work done.
The ex-wife of David Arquette, 43, told Closer magazine: 'It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox in the past, but I won’t go under the knife. 'Johnny isn’t into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don’t feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him.'See old photo below...What do you think
