Caitlyn Jenner underwent a powerful transformation, partly with the help of her plastic surgeons. And the 65-year-old made sure to express her gratitude by gifting at least one of them, Dr. Harrison H. Lee, with a personalised copy of her iconic Vanity Fair feature. 'To Harrison, Great Job Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner,' she penned on the cover of one of the glossy magazines.

Prior to the post, the massively renowned plastic surgeons who made Caitlyn's incredible Vanity Fair reveal of her post-feminization body possible came forward to say they are thrilled with the results.
